WHAT WE LOOK AT

The signals AI uses before it recommends a clinic.

AI recommendation presence

Whether your clinic appears across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, and how often.

Competitor visibility

Which clinics are being recommended instead, and what sources are helping them appear.

Website clarity

Whether your site clearly explains your treatments, concerns, locations, practitioners, credentials and proof.

Search and Maps strength

How your Google visibility, Maps presence and review profile support your chance of being named.

Trusted source coverage

Whether your clinic appears in the directories, review platforms and accreditation sources AI uses to verify recommendations.

Verification strength

Whether there is enough consistent evidence across the internet for AI to recommend your clinic with confidence.

BEFORE THE CALL

We run your AI Visibility Review.

We test treatment, concern and location-specific questions across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity to see whether your clinic is being recommended, missed, or replaced by competitors.

We then review the main signals behind those answers: your website, Google and Maps presence, reviews, directories, accreditation profiles and third-party sources.

ON THE CALL

We show you what is helping, and what is holding you back.

You see which engines name your clinic, which competitors appear instead, and why the gap is likely happening.

We then walk through what a focused 90-day improvement plan could look like, based on the signals AI is already using to make recommendations.

No obligation. Just a clear view of where you stand.

WHY AI VISIBILITY NOW MATTERS

Patients are no longer only searching through a list of blue links.

They are asking ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI results which clinics they should trust, which treatments are right for them, and who is best near them.

That matters because AI is moving from novelty to normal behaviour.

In the UK, more than half of adults now use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini. ChatGPT alone had 1.8 billion UK visits in the first eight months of 2025, up from 368 million in the same period the year before.

Google is changing too. Around 30% of Google searches now show AI Overviews, and Google says AI Overviews already reach more than 2 billion monthly users worldwide.

The traffic is still early, but the direction is clear. Similarweb found AI platforms generated over 1.1 billion referral visits in June 2025, up 357% year on year, while Semrush found AI search visitors can be worth 4.4x traditional organic search visitors based on conversion rate.

This is not about replacing SEO.

It is about making sure your clinic is visible at the point where patients are forming trust, comparing options, and deciding who deserves the enquiry.

A clinic can rank well, have excellent practitioners, and still be missed by AI if the right signals are not clear, consistent and verifiable.

The AI Visibility Review shows where your clinic currently stands, who is being recommended instead, and what needs to change for AI to name your clinic with confidence.
